So what is a petit four, anyway? It’s French for “little oven,” and these mini layered cakes (plural: petits fours) certainly wouldn’t need much space to bake…except when you make as many as we do! Since 1961, our customers have known The Swiss Colony as the go-to place to order petit four assortments for any occasion. Each petit four is layered with moist cake and butter creme, coated in rich chocolate or Swiss creme, and hand-decorated in our own bakery.
